What are the Payment options available? |

We accept all major on-line credit cards/debit card payments. We accept payment through Worldpay and PayPal. We also sell through 2Checkout. Other option is only available through PayPal. At present we accept only on-line payments on recurring basis. We do not do manual billing process.

Do I need to process payment every month and what will be the date of payment? |

Our billing system is automatic, your card will be automatically charged at the end of billing cycle. Your billing date will be the date you make payment (if you choose monthly payment option your next billing date will be date plus 30 days). In case if you ever want to discontinue our service you need to send cancellation request 48 hours before the end of billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or lower my account package option? |

Yes, any time account package change option is available to existing subscriber, just login in Control Panel then click on “Payment Option” link in left bar, on this page you will able to see option for change package and plan for you account. Click on the link and select desired package/plan and you must complete payment process.

Will I get receipt for payment on every payment cycle ? |

On 1st payment you will receive a payment process confirmation email from Live2Support and on your next recurring payment you will get payment receipt from payment service provider or retail service provider. You must keep your email address upto date with Live2Support and Worldpay or PayPal or 2checkout. You must insure payment receipts are not delivered on you spam or junk mail box.
