The Visitor Monitoring Window is your window into the activities of your site visitors. Assess
their browsing patterns and gain critical insights into their surfing habits. You now have the
option to view all the visitors' activities on your website only when the chat mode is active on the
website. We have also technically enhanced the look-and-feel of the Chat Monitoring Window for
a smoother, faster and more transparent operation in the monitoring window. Additional
information about visitors such as the site visitor's organization and host information is also
provided in the new version of the program. Additional information about the web browser being
used by site visitors is also provided. We have also added many new help files to help you
