takes the drudgery out of having to laboriously type
out each and every message to your customer or site
visitor. Simply use our Canned Messages Feature when
you have to transmit standard messages to your site
visitors while they chat with you. This is how this
feature works.
If you begin to notice that you
are repeatedly sending the same set of messages to your
site visitors in response to their queries or if you
happen to be using a standard welcome message, you can
easily program these standard text messages into a handy
drop-down box. You can then click on the message of
your choice which will automatically copy itself into
the chat window. Simply click to send this message.
There is no need to type the same message over and over
again. As an added feature, you can further customize
this canned message by adding your visitor’s name, for
instance, if you happen to know it. This attribute of
our live chat software is ideal for routine responses
or greetings such as:
- Hello, may I help you with anything?
- May I ask which product you
are trying to locate on our site?
- Do you need any further assistance?
- Is there anything I can help
you with?
- Etc.etc.
