What is New at Live2Support
The New
Year brings several exciting enhancements to Live2Support
from both functionality and usability perspectives.
Our live chat software now features a Control Panel
with a new design and many user-friendly features. The
Control Panel has now transitioned to a new Java script
and Ajax-based drop-down design. These menus have been
regrouped according to their functions. Simply select
the right task or function from the drop down menu and
click the selection. This redesign now allows you to
navigate through tasks, functions and settings using
both intuitive and logical elements. We have also redesigned
the style sheets for improved processing and visual
appeal. This has improved the look and feel of our pages.
Live2Support now features a new
archival matrix for off-line chat messages. During those
instances when your chat operators are offline and your
customers use the contact form to communicate with you,
the messages contained in the contact form are now stored
for future retrieval in addition to the e-mail these
messages generate. You can now access all your offline
messages through the Control Panel. This feature upgrade
serves as a backup and so you will never lose those
important messages your customers will send you when
your chat operators are offline
By way of bug fixes, improvements
have been made in the web based supporter chat window
when using Mozilla Firefox.
