What is New at Live2Support
As a part of our ongoing efforts
to improve Live2Support’s customer interface, we have
further streamlined the functionality of the Live2Support
Control Panel. Live2Support now features an enhanced
function to store and view off-line chat messages. During
those instances when your chat operators are offline
and your customers use the contact form to communicate
with you, the messages contained in the contact form
are now stored for future retrieval in addition to the
e-mail these messages generate. You can now access all
your offline messages through the Control Panel. This
feature upgrade serves as a backup and so you will never
lose those important messages your customers will send
you when your chat operators are offline
