During the month of February, the focus at Live2Support was directed toward further enhancing the user experience and streamlining our product’s stability and overall look and feel. What happens technically behind the scenes is important. However, what occurs at the front end where the customer is actively engaged is just as critical if not more critical.
Resolving the Language Challenge in Live2Support Generated E-mail Messaging
All e-mail communication initiated by Live2Support’s servers has now been set to UTF and will deploy the UTF standard character code. We have implemented this modification because many e-mail clients were not able to correctly display e-mail messages generated by Live2Support in the specified language. These messages include offline messages forwarded to your inbox and those messages configured to arrive in your inbox based on the configuration in the Live2Support Control Panel. This adjustment has been tested and issues related to language comprehensibility have been resolved.
