The proactive chat window in Live2Support can now gently float on the site visitor’s desktop in one of many creative ways. Once you have customized the look-and-feel of the proactive chat pop-up, you can set it to float in different ways—from top to bottom and from left to right with two variations each. This functionality transforms the proactive chat window into an unobtrusive little thing which does its job and quietly rests in a corner much like a waiter in an upscale restaurant. Users can transition into the live chat mode and converse with your live chat operator with a single mouse click as soon as they are ready. The response time is exactly the same as any other chat icon on your website. Moreover, you are not restricted to a pre-determined number of pages from where you would like to install this feature. As far as we go, you can have it on every single page of your website! Would you like more than one floating image at a time? You can have that too, up to four proactive chat floaters at a time.
