Lead Generation using a combination of Live Chat Software and a Robust CRM

Lead generation and management for all types of sales leads, i.e, cold, warm and hot, is now much easier with our live chat integration with Salesforce CRM. Customers of Salesforce CRM who have signed up for live chat service from live2Support and offer our live chat software on their websites can now access chat transcripts directly from within Salesforce CRM. The best way to understand how this synergy works is by thinking of CRM data on customers in Salesforce being value-added and able to access chat transcripts through another layer of information about customers. This new layer of data is not restricted merely to a discussion about delayed shipping or the back-ordering of out-of-stock products. Critical data such as the name, e-mail address, phone number, department, login id etc. will automatically become a part of the Salesforce customer profile. Managers can access this data directly from the Salesforce dashboard which will also display data and statistics regarding site visitors and customers.
