ADD/EDIT SUPPORT OPERATORS

This is the place where you will create/edit your Support Executive. First you need to login into your Control Panel. Once you logged, click on the Add/Edit Support Operator option. To add support executive click on Add Support Executive which is at the top right , enter the login code, password and email address.

• Login - Operator login ID (user name)
  
  
• Is Admin - "Y" if operator is the Administrator, "N" if operator is not Administrator
  
  
• Action - Administrator is allowed to delete the operator. But the operator is not allowed. So you will see "Edit/Delete" in the Administrator section, only "Edit" in the operator sections.

Add Support Operator
