Edit Predefined Responses
Predefined Response is a quick way to send long sentences that you would
need to send frequently. You can have an number of canned responses. For
setting up your own canned responses, First you need to login into your
Control Panel. Once you logged, click on the Edit Predefined Responses,
their you will see a menu with Add Canned Response option, which
is at the top right of the Control panel. Click on Add Canned Response
to add a response, enter the name and the required text.

- ID - Id number of the predefined response
- Name - This is what your Predefined Response will be referenced as
in your operator chat window in your drop down list to choose from.
- Value - This is the actual message which will get sent to the visitor
when the support executive select that specific canned response.
- Action :
- Edit - This is to edit the existing canned response
- Delete - This is to delete the existing canned response
