Push URL Edit

This helps you to send the URL requested by your visitor or you want to show a particular web page to visitor at the time of chatting . For setting up your own list of "Push URLs", First you need to login to your Control Panel, click on Push URL Edit, To add new Push URL click on the Add Push URLwhich is at the top right of the Control panel, enter name (to be refereed with) and URL address.

• ID - Id number of the Push URL
  
  
• Name - This is what Push URL will be referenced as in your operator chat window in your drop down list of URLs to choose from.
  
  
• Value - This contain the URL of WebPages, that you want the visitor to see.
  
  
• Action
  Edit - This is to edit the existing URL address of the webpage
  Delete - This is to delete the existing URL address of the webpage
