Transcripts
This helps you to view all the Chat Transcripts executive wise or all. Viewing
transcripts is a very good learning tool for new operators, it will let
them see what types of calls are taken and how the current operators have
handled the calls. First you need to login into your Control Panel, click
on Transcripts then select the operator from the drop down list,
there you will see the listing of the transcripts of the selected executive
with the Operator's name, IP address, the Date and the time, the chat was
initiated.
- View - This is to view the chat transcript with the visitor
name and the email address.
- Delete - This help you to delete the chat Transcript
- Mail - Clicking on this will pop-up a small window containing
the Chat transcript date, time and name of the visitor their IP address
and email address of the visitor. Enter the email address, where you
want to send the chat transcript. Click on "Send" to send
the chat transcript.
