Terms and Conditions
Live2Support provides live chat facilities for its clients via a web application. Live2Support general policy is to act as a provider of application service. Live2Support reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Live2Support when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our services, servers, or customers of Live2Support is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized access/use of Live2Support resources strongly prohibited. Such attempts include "Internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc. Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a Live2Support customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to Live2Support, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.
Live2Support has the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our Policies or the terms and conditions shown below WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. No refunds of fees paid will be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms outlined below
Harm cause of Unlimited Traffic
Live2Support's customers are privileged to be offered chat - traffic for their web sites.
To provide better service and maintain the integrity of our chat application service the following limitations apply:
If the traffic created is determined unreasonable by Live2Support the owner will be asked to either remove the chat application from the additional sites or open additional Live2Support accounts. Any account with traffic that generates an unreasonable high hit count will be monitored and may be charged additional fees. These fees will be at the sole discretion of Live2Support, but will not be without agreement from the customer. During Trial period any account usage extensively our system resources will be canceled without prior information. All accounts are bounded with traffic limit as estimated reasonable to package chosen. Traffic limits are all at the discretion of live2support.com. The following limits will be applicable as per paid package:
- Bronze package will be allowed 30000 visits per month.
- Silver package will be allowed 75000 visits per month.
- Gold package will be allowed 200000 visits per month.
(Visit means: If a visitor visits your website and view different pages, this would be count as one visit and visitor leave your website. If visitor comeback again after few hours, the visit will be counted again as a new visit)
- In case, your account crosses traffic limit occasionally and slightly, it will be considered as grace at sole judgment of Live2Support.
- In case, your account crosses traffic limit often with significant amount of traffic, Live2Support will notify you with proposed solution.
- In case, your account reaches way beyond traffic limit or become a cause, which is affecting Live2Support Service, then your account can be terminated or suspended without any prior notification. For solution you can contact Live2support at firstname.lastname@example.org
The above traffic limits may be increased and reduced for individual account by live2support.com at its own discretion at any point of time.
Live2Support will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Live2Support can discontinue any client account with/without specifying reasons.
All Live2Support accounts data will be retained for six months i.e. Hits log. Hits log data prior to six months will be removed from user Live2Support account. In case your account receiving more amount of traffic and taking more space for recording hits details in that case Live2Support can remove date before six months also to maintain performance of the system.
Other data i.e. chat transcripts, offline messages etc will be kept for minimum for one year. In case ever it is considered over use of space then data can be removed before one year also.
Live2Support will not be responsible for any data loss for any reason i.e. data corruption due to crash, transit etc. All Live2Support accounts come with metered disk space for the chat script database.
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major account changes are non-refundable or Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. Live2Support reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Live2Support at www.Live2Support.com to request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency. Live2Support will bill each client $75.00 per returned check, per wire transfer received and per credit card chargeback received. All Live2Support accounts are setup on anniversary billing cycles. Your particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. Your account will automatically renew at this length. If you want want to discontinue use of serivce, then your account cancellation request must be 48 hours before the billing to avoid recurring charges on your account otherwise your account will be charaged for next period. There is no fee to change to a shorter billing cycle at the end of the current cycle. However, if you wish to change to a shorter billing cycle, during a current cycle, there may be a $15.00 fee. Please contact the billing department should you wish to change your anniversary billing cycle. In addition, if your credit card declines for any reason Live2Support may charge your account an additional $5.00 service charge every time your card is declined. If you requested cancellation of Live2Support account or decided not to continue use Live2Support account after trial period then you must remove Live2Support codes from your web site pages. Since Live2Support codes in your web site pages cause traffic on Live2Support servers, Live2Support may bill you for traffic cause resource usage.
Any refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Live2Support reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by Live2Support if Live2Support institutes it's right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)
Intellectual Property Rights
Material accessible to you through Live2Support's services may be subject to protection under the copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use Live2Support or its servers and network in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the Live2Support network.
Live2Support reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Live2Support service for lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Live2Support management. IN NO EVENT SHALL Live2Support's TAKES NO ANY LIABILITY.
CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IT SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD Live2Support HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND CLAIMS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ASSERTED AGAINST Live2Support, ITS AGENTS, ITS CUSTOMERS, OFFICERS AND EMPLO YEES, THAT MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED OR AGREED TO BE PERFORMED OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY CUSTOMER, IT'S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS LIVE2SUPPORT AGAINST LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF; (1) ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED IN CONNECTION WITH LIVE2SUPPORT'S SERVICES; (2) ANY MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER INFRINGING OR ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING ON THE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; ( 3) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND (4) ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SOLD TO CUSTOMER FROM LIVE2SUPPORT'S SERVICES.
LIVE2SUPPORT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER OR ANY LOSS YOU INCUR FOR WHATEVER REASONS. LIVE2SUPPORT MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED FOR SERVICES WE PROVIDE. LIVE2SUPPORT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NON-DELIVERIES, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY LIVE2SUPPORT AND ITS EMPLOYEES. LIVE2SUPPORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE ITS POLICIES AT ANY TIME. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY TERM OR CONDITION WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION.
LOGOS AND TRADMARKS USED IN LIVE2SUPPORT WEBSITE ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. LIVE2SUPPORT USES LOGOS AND TRADEMARK OF THIRD PARTY VENDORS FOR JUST TO SHOW ITS PRODUCT OR SERVICES INTEGRATION CONNECTION WITH THESE VENDORS AS A THIRD PARTY TOOL. LIVE2SUPPORT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE BRANDS LISTED ON LIVE2SUPPORT NOR ENDORSING THEM.
